Sign your application and EBI Release form by creating a free Electronic Signature account at www.echosign.adobe.com

Completed applications can be e-mailed to office@trilobitetesting.com or faxed to 785-625-5620

If a position opens that you are qualified for, we will contact you. If you do not hear from us within 2 weeks of submitting your application, it mean no vacancies exist or you do not meet the required qualifications. We will keep your application on file for 30 days following the submission and consider you for other openings. Should you not be contacted within 30 days, you may submit another application for consideration.

The downloadable job application above can be filled out, signed and returned online. You will need Acrobat Reader X (https://get.adobe.com/reader/) or a similar PDF editing program.

To sign the application, click on the signature space in the document and use the “Sign Document” box.

In the “Sign As” box, use the drop-down list to select New ID. If you already have a digital ID you can use it. If not, select “A new digital ID I want to create now,”then click next.

Select “New PKCS#12 digital ID file," then fill in the information. Use a password that you will remember, as you will be asked to enter it again.

Save the application. Once you have completed the document and signed both the application and the EBI release form, click on the submit form button at the upper right. Fill in your email address and full name and send.
